F & PA had some problems. Their email system frequently came to a grinding halt and their network seemed to be very slow. They asked SolutionJ to take a look.

 

Our answer was to upgrade them to a fully server-based network which would be installed and supported by our technical partner, UK Computing Ltd.

 

The project was completed with only 1 day of onsite interruptions for F & PA. A new Dell server running Microsoft's SBS software was deployed, and the business data migrated from individual PCs into a new company folder structure.

 

F & PA's email service is now hosted on their own server and is running smoothly. The network itself was found to be running at only 10mps; this has also been resolved.

 

F & PA can now rely on UK Computing to keep their IT network running smoothly; most glitches will be spotted and resolved by UK Computing before F & PA even become aware of them.
